She serves as Colemon and Associates’ Content Expert, offering culturally relevant training to individuals and organizations that are striving towards equitable and inclusive workplaces.
In addition, Kellie provides leadership and life coaching centered on creativity, connection, and freedom. Her work is to hold spaces for leaders to leverage untapped potential and develop practices to live into their purpose. Kellie has led equity initiatives in various organizational contexts, from youth development programming to public health and juvenile justice.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington. She is certified as a racial justice trainer and is currently enrolled in coursework to be an International Coach Federation accredited coach. Kellie is an accomplished poet, mixed media artist, and active member of Tacoma’s Hilltop community.
