About Kellie

She serves as Colemon and Associates’ Content Expert, offering culturally relevant training to individuals and organizations that are striving towards equitable and inclusive workplaces.

In addition, Kellie provides leadership and life coaching centered on creativity, connection, and freedom. Her work is to hold spaces for leaders to leverage untapped potential and develop practices to live into their purpose. Her coaching philosophy is centered on the fullness and possibility of each client, and invites and honor the role of culture, identity, and joy. Find out more about Kellie’s coaching practice here.

Kellie has led equity initiatives in various organizational contexts, from youth development programming to public health and juvenile justice.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington. She is a certified coach, facilitator, and racial justice trainer. She has also completed training in Embodied Social Justice, Rockwood's Art of Leadership, and was proud to serves as the Tacoma's Poet Laureate from 2017-2019.
